Setup ftp folder

Currently I am testing a write to the site by using an ftp client on another machine. The other machine is on the same intranet, but I am using the dns name to access it. I have also tried accessing the site from off site, over the internet, and the same problem occurs.

I found the most recent log file, but I didn't see any commands. Almost all the lines in the log were the same, here's the header and the first line for example:.
